Our Manufacturing Capabilities and Capacity
Our technical production capabilities enable us to manufacture polyurethane foam products weighing from 50 to 4,000 g as well as parts with a material volume of up to 9,000 cm³.
We can also manufacture PUR products with different degrees of hardness, starting from 15 Shore A (soft) up to 65 Shore A (hard).
In our assortment – around 200 types of customer-exclusive polyurethane parts. Our standard products can be ordered from our catalogue. We can also develop moulds from customers’ technical sketches or manufacture parts using customers’ pre-existing moulds.
In collaboration with our parent company in Germany we can ensure custom-made tooling, injection moulding and vacuum forming.
